In the dec folder, a ".en" file must be associated with "speak.exe".  To do this, right click on ending with ".en' and select properties.  The file must be set to open with "speak.exe", so select "change"  that file won't be listed, so you need to kook for it.  It will be found in C;\dec\speak.exe.  Once you found it, simply apply it.  Any .en file on your Windows operating system will now open with speak.exe.

The black buttons download individual Dectalk speak windows that are in other languages.  They should work if placed in a sub directory.  if not, move the fodder to the root directory.

Each Dectalk speak window can be programmed to sing.  However, the foreign langues require specific Dectalk phonetic coding.  Dectalk speak windows don't expire and can handle any size text file.
